ow i can ride a bike since i was about 5, i don't find it complicated at all. *remembers her summer hollidays from maybe 7 or 8 years back and smiles* i never ride a bike during the rest of the year anyway, but in the summer i always take my old bike for a ride and it's just like a natural thing, i dont have to think much or make any big effort (even being heavier now). but like someone said try the stablisers (sp??) and just pretend they're not there when you feel more confortable with it.. its fun hehe

i love my bike it's great. just got lights for it because ive finally realised while driving that if you dont have any lights or fluorescent gear on round here at night motorists won't clock you until they're a couple of yards away which is kinda scary to think about.

you'#ve picked the wrong time of year. we odnt get the weather for it but if yu want to learn get a lend of a friends, get a helmet find somewhere quiet and flat and keep getting up till you dont fall anymore....

Well its nice to hear im not the only one...was beginning to feel like a bit of an eejiit!

I have a bike thats been left in the house by someone...only thing is its probably not the best to learn on as the chain keeps dropping off and the gears change automatically!

Its very quiet here so gonna give it a try at the weekend! Ill let you know how I get on!
