I Hate Ticketmaster
Much like everyone else on earth.
I just tried to get tickets to see Keith Urban. I had tickets. I was picked a delivery method then got an "internal error" for which they gave me a "return to previous page" option and when I did, the show was sold out.  Becky

 That has happened to me before too!! They should get a server that could handle the traffic. Dumb Ticketmaster.  Sorry Becky. Maybe they will release more before the show?

I bought tickets to see Live in Shepherds Bush the day before BJ Hyde Park. Ticketmaster would send us the tickets. They didn't arrive, so we sent an email and they said they would send them straight to the ticket office of Shepherds Bush. We arrived there 2 hours before the concert, but they hadn't received our tickets. We called Ticketmaster twice, they would call us back, but I'm still awaiting their call.... the ladies from the ticket office of SB couldn't let us in. Fortunately we got a refund from Ticketmaster, but since then I really hate that company!
