I bought tickets to see Live in Shepherds Bush the day before BJ Hyde Park. Ticketmaster would send us the tickets. They didn't arrive, so we sent an email and they said they would send them straight to the ticket office of Shepherds Bush. We arrived there 2 hours before the concert, but they hadn't received our tickets. We called Ticketmaster twice, they would call us back, but I'm still awaiting their call.... the ladies from the ticket office of SB couldn't let us in. Fortunately we got a refund from Ticketmaster, but since then I really hate that company!
