Hmph..well buy some fruit for a snack. Cut up some raw vegetables and buy some fat free sour cream, combine with onion soup mix and you have a tasty low fat dip.
Grilled Chicken with rice is tasty. I prefer yellow Spanish rice myself. Little olive oil on a chicken leg with some Sazon seasoning, cook it up and mmmmm.
Steamed Chinese Food is an option if you don't feel like cooking. Steamed shrimp with scallops...mmmmm.
Spaghetti with garlic and oil is also not bad.
