About 4 years ago I went on a school trip to North Wales for 4 days, and as I'm fussy about what I eat, I ate virtually nothing, except crisps and chocolate. We did a load of walking, as it was a Geography trip and we were looking at different geological features, and during those 4 days I lost a stone in weight.
I am thinking about making it into one of these silly new diets:
"The Thomas Anderson Diet: Don't eat anything but snackfood for a week, and get loads of excercise."
