all u'll be doing is burning the crap that u eat but and putting sugar in ur body.
my mate whos trying to go pro at football goes jogging, training and to the gym everyday.
in addition to this he drins this stupid weight gain stuff (think the opposite of slim fast cept its £40 a tub) to build more muscle but all it's doing is adding fat and making it harder for him to work off or into something. added to the fact that he eats like a pig and he could run a marathon every day and it wouldnt make a difference.
i on the other hand eat and drink crap but with a bit more moderation and goto the gym and am pretty much in the same shape as him.
