Default i pod help

Hey there. Im getting a new 30gb i pod for christmas as my old i pod mini has stopped working. I was wondering if anyone knows if it is possible to transfer the music i already have on itunes on my computer onto my new ipod, or will i have to start all over again and upload all my music onto a new itunes softwear package?? I just could not be bothered doing that all again!!

Any help or advice will be greatly appreciated.

Ali.

I think you can use up to 5 ipods on the same computer, so you shouldn't have any trouble

Yup you should have no trouble. Only problem i've come across is doing it the other way round. I re-installed my machine so lost everything and now cant transfer it from my ipod to my computer. Very annoying. Well, apart from 'purchased' songs from itunes that it knows are legit.

You should be able do that pretty easily by accessing the hidden files on your iPod and copying them to your computer.
This will tell you how to do it: http://forum.ecoustics.com/bbs/messa...79/138629.html
