i dunno theres a couple of people in the running but then again no one with any noticeable merit.

shame william hague won't come back. he gained alot of respect from me when he stood down when he realised he was holding the tpories back whereas most leaders would just sit on their arse and pick up the wage regardless.

i just hope gordon brown doesnt end up in charge of labour cos he knows his shit.

I think he should be left to do his job for a change instead of all the backbite hes been getting from his fellow Conservatives.

If Kenneth Clark was leader, I'd vote for the Tories tommorrow.

IDS is just a waste of space leading to no real oppositon.

IDS isnt a natural leader. I say give thje job to Anne Widdecome - shes really outspoken and I agree with a lot of what she says.

I don't take much notice,

to me politicians are all the same, they promise loads of stuff when they run up to an election then just worm their way out.

I'm remember being 18 and watching the night of the 1997 election when Labour had gone into power, i watched it cos i was interested, but i was only interested because the spin doctors for Blair had created such a buzz around the whole thing. At the end of the day, there all promises and hardly any delivery.

The transport in this country is disgusting, the fact we are so soft with our asylum laws makes me seeth, the NHS is terrible, Schools are closing and for a country which is meant to be experiencing a boom economy why the government allowing companies to export thousands of jobs to India, whereby the Fat Cat businessman sits in a swanky lodge in London drinking champagne and smoking cigars whilst people thousands of miles away are getting payed a disgusting wage.

Any government we have in power will just walk over us.

My theory on tax has caused mass arguments with mates but i still believe we should tax the rich more and tax the working class less!

personally i think it should be based on what u do and how uve earned that money before peo;le start makign brash generalisations.

u get rich people u get poor people.

if u read the post about all the shit that goes on in the schemes round about here uve probably cvlicked it isnt exactly beverly hills where i stay but regardless me and most of my mates actually aspire to dos omethign with ourselves hence y me and one of my best mates r doing an accountancy degree etc...

now we've had to work our arses off to get here and iwll have to work even harder to graduate and make good money. i dont think its fair for us to be treated the same way as some guy thats never done a days graft in his life and lives off a trust fund u know. if the guy in charge of mcdonalds etc./.. has had to graft to get there then they shouldnt be discriminated against just cos theyve got money.

was just watching a bit of question time there and they were giving IDS some amount of grief. shame cos hes a decent guy, just doesnt really have the leadership edge going for him.
