Identifying a Server

when my girlfriend went travelling, she stayed in a place in south africa and became friends with the woman who owned it. this woman is pretty much computer illiterate and as such has no idea how to alter her own website (no idea who created it). the source code needs altering to change the keywords (<meta name="keywords" content="BBC, bbc.co.uk, Search, British Broadcasting Corporation, BBCi" /> etc). she can't do this as she has no idea which server the html file is on. is there any way to find the server to be able to download the html file and alter it or does she need to find somebody to create her a new site?
