It's preetty considerable, the bastard paid us $100. and were 5 members so it would be divided into $20 each.We could have made that at a shitty bar playing our own songs which is what we want to do in the first place.I went to a lawyer today and he says that it may seem like a shitty deal but if I failed to "pertrieve" what was that we were singed on to do then we would have realised that any promotion of our own projects would be a violation of the contract.So an advice to averyone out there : before you signe something READ IT.

Sounds like they were just looking for an excuse to screw you out of money. That setlist sounded great too!

Tis the way the music world turns. Always demand you get paid up front or at least make sure you go over absolutely everythign in your contracts.

Don't get smarmy with promoters though, I go to most of my bro's shows to make sure the bands pay up and you can use your imagination how i convince them to. Most promoters have a bit of muscle behidn them even if you don't think they do.
