buy you a few drinks and plead with you to finally record that demo tape you've been promising for soooo long.

a few drinks doesnt work on me (sadly) it's quite lucky the good people at the scottish awards agency for students keep my hobby of alcoholism going.

but i digress

eh demo tape?

ive got a handful but im in the process of selling out and abondoning my original material which in turn makes my demo's price go up.

supply n demand n all that so how many can i put you down for?

add the fact ill soon join the ranks of hendrix, morrison and bob the builder in that great venue int he sky and ill even sign you some copies for later ebay abuse.

I am talking about the acoustic thing you've been rambling on about.

depends on how it turns out - if it was grunge or punk, I'd be able to hand them out easily downtown and getting phone numbers of oodles of young goodlooking musicians, but it being some David Bowie thing, I'd be glad if I can just throw them in mailboxes without getting arrested. However, presumably you are dying from a disease, I wouldn't bet on the skyrocketing value after your departure. It takes a drug overdose or a bullet in the head (preferably both) to join the ranks of the hendrix, morrisons and my beloved (hahahah) cobain!

tell you to give me a call and let me know if heaven or hell exist and what's it like to be dead so I can finally answer that question and be rich.

what if i shot myself on the 99th day?

actually i'd jump off somethign really high because I reckon if I'm ever goin to do it i at least want to know what5 it feels like falling off a building or cliff knowing you're about to die.

but i digress

the acoustic thing is a work in progress, in turn, many things are works in progress. that big **** off dam in china, me taking over the world, George Bush flattening the middle east etc.. etc.. some works in progress never get done but with a little foresight.... am i just being lazy or am I leaving my "secret recordings" to be found in a loft somewhere years down the line and sold at sotherby's? even i do not know the answer to that question.

as far as drink goes. about 2 bottles of a decent wine should do the trick for a night(i don't want to look fat in my coffin) . my address is in your PM box

now that is just sick.

If I'd kill myself it would be by overdosing on heroin, I think it might be quite nice. Though, I truly do wonder what it would feel like to blow my brains out. Having the mush that once was a solid mass, splatter fiber by fiber against a perfectly white wall. A soupy, gooey mass, completely disintegrated --- yeah, I'd quite like that too Just think about how your last thoughts would scatter away.......

you know my friend is infatuated with Scotland and she wants to celebrate her next birthday in Edinbourgh (sp) -- not sure if that is on the wrong side of your country - quite possibly, but otherwise, I'd have you come for entertainment purposes

edinburgh is less than an hour away by petrol driven motor vehicle (which is far too near IMO) i'll join you for a bevvy. it's a touristy joint but if you hang about with westside scum like myself i'm, sure you'll have some fun and i already told you that the liquid rooms charge £3 a pint of tennents, i shit you not a mentally retarded (or whatever the PC name for it is these days)_ woman was in the work tonight, ordered a beer, i started pouring her a tennents n she was like "that's shit i don't want that".... speaks volumes IMO

as for the whole jumping thing. really. i'd want to have the adrenalin going through me n knowing what it was like that i was going to die when i hit the ground as opposed to im going to die when i pull this trigger.

so us with the american accent will get away with it?

My friends idea of spending her 30th birthday is sitting in a pub in edingurgh, watching football (soccer), and start drinking at noon.

suits me
