Geez, Allwyn, of course not! It won't be the exact same money. Nor would it probably be used against poverty at all. My point is that considering such problems like hunger and poverty, feeding a murderer is a shame.

There is so many way they spend and waste money needlesly so why keeping one person alive will be such a big thing

You are right. Like I said legalization of death penalty won't solve the starvation problem as a causal effect. It is not THAT sort of a connection. But I do believe that a proper death penalty system could save a lot of money for "innocent" people or more important problems on this planet.

I can only repeat myself, I KNOW that this is the main problem, the moral one. We wouldn't discuss it here if there were none.
But I believe it can be handled as it is not like someone comes along and decides arbitrarily who's going to die. It would be manifested in consensual laws enforced by judges elected by the people, just like other laws.

And one more question, u guys think if once a killer always a killer???.

No, I don't. But like I said there are cases where the committer's sickness and insanity, the cruelty of the deed etc. are so clear that any attempted justification of social rehabilitation or not giving the death sentence are beyond what I can grasp.
