Then according to your definition, there are quite a few "stupid" people here on this site. But since you completely missed the point of my post in the first place, I won't bother to try and explain it to you. After all, *you* never get personal and insulting, do you?
only if others start. and whats wrong with my statement in the first place? after all its true: the usa do have many more bombs and from my point of view they are a much bigger thread than the iraq....but that seems to be too much for your little mind to take

....... make you sick but its ok for saddam to now be moving on to his SECOND gulf war?.
a war never belongs to just ONE camp...

september 11th was a tragedy we all know that, but what americans and the world have to understand is that it wasn't just americans that dies, it was people of all races, religions, ethnic diversity, age, sex... nationality....

and yet it has become a US war -

"I want an eye for an eye"

someone said springsteen capitalised out of dead americans - that makes me sick because anyone who has listened to the album knows what his politics are and he's far from capitalising out of dead americans...

the person who said this originally probably thought born in the usa was a patriotic song.

Bruce is sometimes a little too political for his own good. I still love him though. I could have done without the whole "41 Shots" song.

I do think The Rising is a great CD and for him to call the spouses of the people who lost someone on 9/11, who were Bruce fans, is touching.

Oh my God, I hate this world sometimes. I am reading this stuff, and as I read this, watch the news, and talk to people face to face, I am often hurt by the way people "hate" me because I am an American. Especially when they don't know me. I can't help but frown every time I see anti-American comments from KRB102, especially when he talks about people in the US deserving attacks in the future. I can't help but scratch my head everytime I read a pole where over 50% of Americans agree with an attack on Iraq, yet I can't find one that will 'fess up to it. Attacking Iraq, in my opinion, is ridiculous. In every country, there are idiots, intelligent people, violent people, peaceful people, nice people, mean people, etc. These qualities don't stick to people because of the country they live in, it is human nature. I am sick and tired of stereotypes...and I understand, most people are, yet we are full of them. I hate the fact that the government of my country seems to have an inevitable plan to attack Iraq, and it only makes it worse, personally, to have so many people think the American people want this. I don't want a war! I wish we could all, as cliched as it sounds, get along, and not worry about what religion we are and what country we are from. I have always wanted to visit other countries (haven't had the opportunity yet), but now I am scared that in the future, that is going to be too risky. The way it is going, it almost seems like in 10 years, Bon Jovi won't be able to have a world tour, not even to countries like Germany and France, because it will be too dangerous. Don't hate me because I am an American. I have nothing to do with the up-and-coming war, and I didn't vote for Bush. Bush's approval ratings are dropping fast, and it seems to me that NO MATTER WHAT the American people say, Bush will have some argument that attacking Iraq is the answer. Like I said, sometimes, I hate this world.
