Gain weight.

Anorexia, I think, would be harder to get rid of than obesity. When you become anorexic, you learn to fear food which causes you to get sick whenever you eat. Thus, the one thing that is keeping you alive cannot be put in your body. I do believe that they have clinics for anorexia, but people don't always choose to get help. There is also no surgeries that can be done to help people with anorexia. Unlike people who are obese. There's that new surgery that shrinks the stomach, and removes instestine to allow the person to loose weight. Also, obese people can use gradual means of diet and exercise to shed pounds slowly (due to health conditions). Anorexic people do not have such a variety of ways to help their condition.

Also, the introduction of food after being starved can posion or kill you.
