Is hardcore christianity a sin??? (going with the god thing)

You arent guite getting this are you?. My point was that hardcore christainty is a sin but that is someones views on the bible not the actual darn thing. Just because something is based on something doesnt mean its acurate in anyway. This topic wasnt started to discuss contradictions cause from the part im in (exodus) i havent read any. It was to discuss hardcore christians and to see if others agreed that its wrong even on bible word.

Exactly the point. What is the actual darn thing? It is ALWAYS someones view of the Bible! Otherwise your sentence would imply that only you understand the darn thing as it has to be understood. You will agree that it's not the case. So, calling the other thing hardcore christianity doesn't make it any worse or better than your view of the Bible.

Exactly again. You being no hardcore christian does not make your view of the Bible any more accurate than the other one.

Still you come up with this thread that is clearly based on contradictions. You obviously don't like hardcore christianity that much, yet, it is based on the same book than your views are.
I know this was not the point of the discussion, but it is what it all boils down to, for me. Therefore I tried to make clear that for me the whole thing does not work, call it hardcore or soft christianity or whatever.

Those contradictions arent in the bible through. And they arent in that guys belives either he belived homosexual people should be discriminated against THATS my point. Hes taking one part of it all and ignored the main theme of the bible. And yes his version is wronger than mines anything that makes someone else feel like crap is wrong to me and that also goes into my belives if you see that as as wrong as killing and being racist then your one ****ed up individual!.

I agree, I only meant that the Bible and its diverse interpretations have done a lot of harm to men, not just this hardcore preacher's views. That's why I don't buy the whole thing.
