Default Is it possible...

hi all

heres a question for u: is it possible to lose someone u never had?
to put it another way, when ppl break up they always say (in tv anyway) 'i've lost him/her', is it possible to 'lose' someone u weren't going out with in the first place?
personally i think u can, but if u have an opinion, i'd love to hear it!

Actually I think the only way you can lose stuff you own. You never own another person, so you cannot lose a person

"if you love somebody set them free, if they come back they are yours, if they don't they never were."

.... "If they just sit in your living room, mess up your stuff, eat your food, use your telephone, take your money, and never behave as if you actually set them free, you either married them or gave birth to them."

i think you can be in love with someone who you never went out with

I had a married friend and we had a chemistry between us, we slept together the night her husband told her she was moving away from newcastle, her husband was a git towards her so i have no feeling of guilt.

But even though it was only one night, in that one night i realised i loved her more then i had ever loved anyone before, the next day she was gone, no number left nothing, and i still think about her, i have put adverts in the papers where she moved to and where her family live but never heard anything back, so i never really had her, but yes, i lst someone so important to me
