its hard for me to get to sleep....i usually just get about 7-8 hours.....so im always tired

and one of my friends is a really good athlete and his favorite thing to do is sleep....so no,i do not think sleep is for the weak

I can tell you because of my last night and the one before - four hours are not enough for me
