Becky did you know tea takes more fluid out of you then your putting in so in effect you are dehydrating yourself.

I drink so much water that I don't think that would be problem for me.

Yes, I'll have to try the tea in England someday. Though I'm sure whomever I'm with will cringe after I mix up the hot tea and pour it over ice.

try smoking a joint when your having migraine or better in your case make tea from some weed, it will help (i have cluster-headache every now & then)

(over here If you have severe migraine you can get a description to get it from health-care)
