i cant see them do anything bar de-criminalising weed over here int he near future.

there's actually some politicians moving to re-criminalise it less than a year or two after it was knocked down.

on another forum i post a guy from london said he saw cops at his local tube station today with sniffer dogs stopping and lifting people for weed :-S

up herein glasgow and edinburgh if you get arrested in the next few months the cops will test you for drugs too even if the offence has nothing to do with drug consumption.

some folk are even talking about randomly drug testign teachers because the government is trying to bring in random tests on school pupils. these folks reasoning being: if you're going to test the kids, you shoul dtest the teachers too.

kinda sucks for any wannabe teachers *ahem*

it got me thinking though. when i was in amsterdam i partook in alot of smoking and mushrooms whereas i barely touch it over here. technically i didnt break the law but say i get tested here and it shows up that ive done them..... where does the law stand on that???????

weed can only be tested by taking blood. I figure that that are not the tests they are doing...

they can trace weed through blood, urine and even hair strand tests....

im not exactly sure what test it is. im assuming it's the same for drink driving ie urine or blood and if you refuse you're automatically assumend to be guilty.

BUT as far as im aware, being under the influence of most drugs isnt an offence, its possesion and dealing that will get you in trouble.... i could be talking out of my arse but ive heard this more than a few times.
