hello, I was watching bbc2 earlier

now, in America its illegal to kill someone, oh wait, thats not right

its illegal to kill someone illegally, not legally

anyway, it is illegal to kill someone legally that is mentally ill, so jails are forcing mentally ill prisoners to take drugs to make them better....so they can execute them

now, my thoughts on this have nothing to do with America, I would feel the same about any country that does such a silly thing
