some do make me laugh though... it just pisses me off that i'm getting them from the e-mail address I use seriously as opposed to just the usual hotmail rubbish

I can sort of live with spam as I'm able to check my inbox a couple of times at a day. I'm completely used to removing all spam immediately. But it's very annoying when you're out of town for a couple of days and can't check your emails. I hate to get my messages from my server to realise that about 95% is spam... I used to receive hardly any spam, but the last couple of years it's getting worse and worse. I don't need to 'enhance my maleness' - as if I care!
