Although we needed a bit tough match before finales, but it will do. Now what i like to see in final is the one of the best one day cricket from both side. I like India to win it just like they did it in Natwest Series final in England. I want it to be classic match. We didn't have many close matches in this tournment.
But at the end of the play i Love Indians to holding the troupy.
The trophy for runner's up u mean

The trophy is already at the shop having the Aussies names being emgraved on it.
A-U-S-T-R-A-L- Almost done with the engraving!

Doesn't look like Martyn will be taking part in the big one.
I-N-D-I-A all the way, i can tell if Sachin and shewag get going then no stoping them. But all in i want to see best cricket match.

Well, what do you say about that?!?!?! 2-359, the biggest score in World Cup Final history, Australia's biggest ever ODI score. Ponting made a masive 140no off only 121 balls and Martyn, who was unlikely to play with a broken finger, made 87no.

India are yet to bat, though it is extremely doubtful that India can get anywhere near that total, even WITH Tendulkar in the form that he is. I guess we'll know in about 4 1/2 hours. Cheers!

GO AUSSIES!!!

Its all over, Go home India . Australia are the champions.......................again. Despite injuries to many key players at different time Bevan, Gillespie, Martyn, Symonds, Mc Grath as well as losing our best spinner ever, Shane Warne. We came through all that and won. Congrats to Ricky Ponting for keeping the side in such a good frame of mind, as well to John Bucannon as being a form coach.

Go you good thing Australia....an Undefeated campaign!!!

India's bowling seemed to let them down..and I expected more from Sachin Tendulker...But at the end of the day it doesn't matter....the guys did it well

I think Indians let themself down and Aussies take advantage of the situation. But we all think Australia deserve the win, coz they out class Indians in every way. First of India should have batted first, and bowler first time in the tournemnt bowled badly and what price we have to pay for it. But whole in whole we are satisfy with the performance. I think next world cup is ours coz most of indian who played in this world cup will play in that also.
But i can't helf feeling sad.
