The mock court case being shown here in the UK uses exact transcripts of the real trial and as the actors are all American i think it is being shown on some channel there.

He has been accused of molesting the boy, of keeping the boys family in Neverland against their will and of giving the boy alcohol, in total there are 10 charges against him. Apparently the last charge (the alcohol one) is much more serious in California than it is in the UK, especially as the boy has had cancer and only has one kidney.
