I have been a christian for a bit over a year now and one thing that i have learned is that the bible has been recorded very accurately and translated into our language very accurately.

Also another great thing is that the more that science advances and makes more breakthroughs, the more it is agreeing with the bible.

Of course though everyone is entitled to what they believe.

u guys need the proofs....i see whole religious thing diffrent way...it doesn"t really matters me he existed or not? but what he said is very important....in HINDU RELIGION every boy knows RAMAYANA ..in the book they say that the monkeys were speaking....the RAVAN -the evil had 10 heads & sort of things....but none of them really matters...RAMAYANA is the best book to know how to become a good son, good husband, good wife or good maid......i mean when u listen BONJOVI does it really matter that tommy or jina should exist?? just take the good things from everything...

I've seen a TV show about him a few years back where they explained some things from the bible in a science way and that some things are true and explainable with today's science and knowledge. It was very interesting.

I believe that a guy named Jesus once existed and perhaps managed to convince everyone that he was the 'Son of God' by making up some David Blaine style antics maybe. Either way, he got a following and this is where Christianity began to evolve from IMO. One thing that kinda never made sense to me though - why would a boy born in Israel, named Jesus have a mum and dad called MARY and JOSEPH ? Not exactly in-keeping with Moses and Judas is it? Suppose he had a forgotten brother called Fred too. (joking)

Some of the many really good facts towards christianity are that the bible accurately says about Jesus' resurrection, and also that he did lots of miricals in his life for example Walking on water, healing the sick, making the blind see again!

Also that Jesus was perfect, in that he never sinned (the only perfect person to have ever walked the earth).

Jesus was not perfect. It is recorded that he had a terrible temper, he went ballistic in a synagoge if my memory serves me right. A temper is supposed to be a thing of the Devil, so he was in no way perfect. Jesus was a man with great PR.

no one said anger was a sin as such....

i aint getting into a debate as to that however... i waste too much time in them in lectures....

and another thing to blow your tiny minds.....

the bible is an interpretation... its less accurate than you think.

as different translations have come into being the interpretation has moved away from the original...
