Leeds midfielder Jody Morris has been charged with rape, West Yorkshire Police have confirmed. (can it get any worse for leeds?!)

Morris, 24, was rearrested on Tuesday following allegations that a 20-year-old woman was attacked in Leeds in the early hours of 7 October.

A 26-year-old man was also charged with rape. Both men were being held in custody and will appear before Leeds Magistrates Court on Wednesday.

The alleged incident happened on the A58 Wetherby Road in Leeds.

A police spokeswoman said: "A 24-year-old man currently living in Leeds and a 26-year-old man from London have both been charged with rape.

"A 20-year-old man currently living in Leeds has been released on police bail pending further inquiries." (<----- Jermaine Pennant, damn leeds scum have corrupted him )
