I've seen Peter Kay live twice and Billy Connolly live once and all three shows were hilarious! Bill Hicks has always made me chuckle too. But I would have to say that I think Billy Connolly is a genius as a comedian and swearing is all part of his act (there are language warnings and certificate ratings for a reason) If you dont like it........dont watch.

Ricky Gervais (The Office, Extras) always ALWAYS makes me laugh whenever I see or hear him. I do also like Bill Hicks, Frank Skinner and Paul Merton.

Angus Deaton used to be funny when he still presented Have I Got News For You.

Frank Skinner is great. I really love Matt Lucas & David Williams from Little Britian, they are so funny!
Graham Norton is really good.

Best Irish comedian has to be Brendan O' Carroll, especially his plays, you just laugh the whole way through!

Peter Kay is the best one around by a mile right now. I like Jack Dee and Victoria Wood, although you dont seem to hear about her anymore these days.
