I am pretty sure you have to have a minimum of 50 posts to belong there. Although the rules have been changing so much, I can't keep up.

Edit: Minimum of 50 posts is required, but this can change after some time, if there is any problem. Also people will be add with less than 50 posts if they can share something special!
