I have just finished assembling out new exercise bike. Nothing like the real thing but still better than nothing at all. I love cycling but doing so in central Madrid seems suicidal to me. So this has to be it. The good thing is, I can read while I ride

Three or four times a week at 5 a.m. I go riding on the wooded trails around here. It's usually a couple hours ride, and if you can, it is much more relaxing and powerful than city riding. You have to have a mountain bike though, but it makes your whole life better.
