i Jogg to and from the Gym(about a half an hour to get there and half an hour to get back), it makes for a good warm up, and cool down process.

that's the thing that got me, the different terrains and the length of time. usually i go really hard on the tread for 10 minutes starting on a gradient and moving it up every 2 and a half minutes and it kills you but ten minutes and you;'re done, once you've jogged a couple of miles, you've got to turn round and do them again y know.
