Kill the depression.....

Any one how to get over it???.
When ever i get depress, i just take my mind of off the matter and think about the brighter side. It is not always easy, but it work lot of time. And also when sick of doing something for long time, i just leave it and take break, read something funny and after some time get back to thing.
But i learned onething
u can't be take happiness for granted,
otherwise it will turn sore in no time.
And u depression is only thing which last,
may be too long in your life.
And all other just come as guest.

My main "remedy" to depression is action. Depression makes me just sit or lie there running through bad or sad thougts over and over again. So I try to find the strengh to do something, almost anything (sport, play guitar, read, write, phone a friend, ...) as long as it's something that usually makes me happy.
Depression can't go away by itself, you need to kick it out.

Work or reading or doing fun things won`t work...get rid of a situation can`t , then it `s gonna be very very hard, believe me!

r u speakign personally here almike? since ur a religious person im pretty sure that could lift u up if u need it.

in the end its all just gas and electrical currents in ur brain. as soon as u start looking at it like that and nothing more then u realise that its not really that bad.
