I take it you lot are going on about being sad and not suffering the disease depression then?. Cause if you mean the disease then your clueless sorry to be harsh but its true you cant life your self out of it with prayers happy thoughts or baths. Its isnt that easy it gets you down and keeps you there and beats the living shit out of you till you cant go on.

I think believe in hate or love, that's true Dawn, the problem is sometimes they are so closer that they are the same if you know what i mean. So you have only one thing to believe in ... but you don't know what it is .....

yeah you might be right Jess... but if there's just one cure, it's time. At least for me it always has been so far.

I tend to suffer from seasonal depression due to lack of sunlight. The period from mid November until mid January is never a pleasant one for me. I try to pick myself up by going shopping or hanging out with friends, but sometimes, I'll just spend the day lying on the couch.

i've had a lot of bad days, and i've been depressed on a lot of levels, but the only thing i've known to pick me back up - or at least pause the depression for a few minutes in time - has always been a little bit of prayer and a little bit of rock 'n' roll. especially if it's raining out. i can lay in bed for hours just listening to music and it's like the whole world stops. i say a prayer before and after, and i'm ready to face the problem at hand, or the depression i'm feeling- i might not always be happy to do it, but i'm at least willing.

I also beleive that time will heal everything. But i als think tha tu have to have that beleive that everything gonna alright. You should have the hope. Or else it would be diffcult to get over it.
