Kill the depression.....

music....the only thing that can save me....i listen to "battery" of metallica whenever i get depressed... :P

all i can say is that it isnt easy and i dont know the answer yet. until then it looks like ill just 'sit around moping'

yeah music is a good thing.... i tend to play but sometimes theres a point when it dont help any more. sometimes if im lucky my mp3 player will put on a really really inappropriate song and break my train of thought totally and im forced to laugh

don`t be afraid. 3 yrs ago i suffered with depresion & anxious feelings, always crying with feelings of failure & guilt. i was too scared to tell my friends cos they all know me as happy & I didn`t want to burden them or see i was weak...i carried them feelings secretly for 2 yrs b4 i realized it was not right to feel that way & I told my best friend i always felt soo bad..she made me see a doctor & I was given antidepressants...2 mths later i feel so good & the bad feelings & the old depressed me is now a distant memory. medication does help & having understanding friends & family is what pulled me through...it might work for you too.

you have to just cope ur own way, theres no answer to how u can get over it, if u have to just cry all day then thats wot u have to do, but its best to try and stay positive and look on the bright side, there is always someone worse of thrn you.

true. depression wise ive had an okay week so far, its just everything else thats playing up.
