There is no law - he isn't being prosecuted for it. A number of ppl were upset by the article. Is there a law saying you can't be upset by something?? The BBC didn't want it representing it.

But hes not a bbc employee..

He works for the BBC & is bound by the terms & conditions of the BBC, and can have his show suspended by the BBC.

his show is produced then sold onto the BBC almost like a music publishing deal.

if u've got a robbie williams song licensed out to sell ur coffee or tampons or whatever and he gets found in a compromising position with Michael jackson u can stop using his song the same as the BBC have suspended killroy.

Its on the news now that he's resigned his post. Its shame really when hes done the show for all those years and goes out like this

well, he cancelled the show anyway, but his company is going to continue working with the bbc

Just excluding 1 Mr Kilroy He must have been close to retirement age anyhow.
