I read that 3 ways.
1.You don't have the money required to fix our educational system. (like spending money on it has ever helped)
2.You don't have the money that WE plough into our educational system.
3.There's not enough money in the world that could pay us enough to want to become like Europeans.

Thank you, another fine example of the amount of money we'd need to spend on education in the US... maybe after a few generations tutelage you'd know what I was implying straight off

I guess in this instance it may well be, Commander Data. Might be a cultural thing, something to do with education or a shared sense of humour perhaps. Maybe your powers of inference aren’t representative of the average american, maybe I’m more oblique than the average European… If you were truly bothered you could run experiments… I’m not
