Isnt everything about the russian militart rusty?. They have em but cant launch em.

Russia does not have more nukes than the US. We've got 7500, they've got about 5000. Russia's nukes are set on some old system however, and I've heard there are serious fears that their system might have an accidental misfire.

russia has warheads but im pretty sure they just use a big medievil style catapult to launch them so their range and accuracy is kinda off.

Actually it has been negotiating to come into the international community over the last two years.

In Tripoli, the Libyan Foreign Ministry issued a statement that said Libya "had decided on its free will to ... completely eliminate the internationally banned weapons of mass destruction". It said the agreement was reached after meetings with "experts" from Britain and the United States.

Free will - lol. Anyway, we shall have to wait & see.
