Life after death - proof???

i guess the gist of it is that when your physical body dies, your spirit does not.
However how can a spirit then enter the body of a new living entity with it's own spirit?
Totally impossible, which means that I will slepp easy in my bed tonite without wondering about the ghost of ghengis khan, hitler or stalin floating about.....or will I?

BHAGVAD GITA says that after leaving the body we will b having a new one...it"s very hard to say all in english....if anybody knows sanskrit..here"s the shalok:

means just do your work,don"t do the things just to get reward....the god will count our sins & he will put us in a new body which can b dog"s,cat"s or anybody else....

the only way to have "niravana" is by not having a desire.peace..we all are alive bcoz in our past lives we wanted to....jim waiting for your shot man!
