Looks or Personality

when deciding on a girl/boy friend ( or even **** buddy) is it looks or personality

personally i dont care, any holes a goal. just wondering.

Wow. Actually a fairly deep question from Gaz. I'm impressed.

I can't vote on it however, because I require a both option. I'm not going to commit to a relationship with a beautiful woman with a personality like a chainsaw. At the same time, I'm shallow enough that I'm not going to be attracted enough to an ugly woman with a great personality to commit to a relationship with them either. Average on one side of the looks/personality equation or both is a requirement for romantic interest on my part. And yes, that is a rather...ugly...confession to make.

If my girlfriend answered this one, she'd have to say "personality". LOL... I would say both really. A girl may look attractive, but be a complete bitch at the same time. Looks is an immediate attraction, while talking to the person and getting to know them either makes it or breaks it. C'mon, it's never one or the other unless you are looking to get laid.

you dont go up to a person in a club and hope they have a good personality! your attracked to them because of there looks and then there personality!

Not neccesarily. I'm the kind of guy that cannot go up to any stranger in particular and ask them out. I have to know them first. Looks aren't the be all end all of everything. I'm sure they help on some level, but I guess it depends on the situation you approach the opposite sex in.

you need both really.

i know plenty of people who have great personalities that im just not attracted to physically and people with great looks i have no interest in fancying because of their personality (or lack thereof)


if i chat someone up in a club it;s obviously a looks thing but if a date comes around from that and she's a bitch then it'll be the 1st and last.

do nice girls and tell them you have issues with them or their family to stop them being clingy, then when youre bored ring em and say your sorry, take them pics go theirs and the cycle starts all over again
