If my girlfriend answered this one, she'd have to say "personality". LOL... I would say both really. A girl may look attractive, but be a complete bitch at the same time. Looks is an immediate attraction, while talking to the person and getting to know them either makes it or breaks it. C'mon, it's never one or the other unless you are looking to get laid.
