Love without sex.........

Is it possible? Maybe. For me personally, no.

It is in the beginning like Sebastiaan said. But after awhile you wanna do it. I know... Trust me.. I am in that kinda relationship now.

You can't control who you love and you can't control sexual desire either. in my opinion, if you really love someone and want a serious ralationship and try not to have sex in the beggining its just a a matter of respect, because you always want to do it, or at least wonder what it would be like what ends up to be the same...

But the thing is sex takes relationship to a whole new level. And I don't think it's wise to wait for this "new level" until you are married. Why eat half of a pie, when you can get the whole thing?

oK, I am 32, but have no idea what "clean sex" means. Didn't know there was such a thing as "dirty sex"??? Conventional/unconventional maybe, but cleanliness? No, I am not asking you to explain

I know exactly what you mean with the above, though. I have a male friend who I get along with very well. We are truly only platonic friends. Though we take every excuse to see each other (at our age it is a bit difficult to be "just" friends ). So, it is always for the kids, or the dogs, or some spider that needs killing. I truly love him and I know he loves me. We are both very cynical when it comes to love and relationships that is why our friendship has never gone any further. We did get close, but passed it off to the alcohol. Sometimes, I swear I go to the bathroom to scream cause I almost cannot take it anymore. It is obvious he feels the same, if you know what I mean. However, we always make excuses for it and never act on it. At times the tension is sooo thick it makes it difficult to breathe. Neither one of us believe in the "love ever after" and never want to jeopardize our relationship - ever.

Ever seen that movie with Tom Cruise, don't remember the name of it - Vanilla Sky? He had this relationship with that girl and fantasized about not having sex with her until they both cannot stand it anymore...

That is kind of what it feels like. Anyway, to answer the question, I don't know. My chapter has not come to a close. Right now I'd say yes, but it is damned hard!

It is possible, but in reality i think it going to very very tough to be in that kind of relation, mainly coz u going to be that person for rest of ur life and some times things happens which we never plan for or we can easyly attract to another person. What i try to tell u is some time sex desire is overcome ur love and it will make u do sin. so in reality it is different ball of game.

Yeah, you gotta listen to what your heart tells you rather than your penis. :P

Oh and I love Vanilla Sky. It's a real weird movie, but one of the best I've seen in a while. I tend to like weird ones where you have to concentrate hard on what is happening in order to follow the plot.

Yeah Vanilla sky is one hell of the movie, it is also one of my fave.
