When I tell people where I'm from they're mortified because of the kind of place it is but I'm not running around dropping mini Jim's every month, signing on and living rent free courtesy of the taxman. Neither are any of my mates or most people I know who all grew up in the same or worse circumstances.

Some people are just pieces of driftwood by default and this family happens to be just that.
