Apparently (some) people live off benefits because you can get more money though them than you can with some jobs which is part of the problem, if they paid less then less people would live off them. People should also get betted sex education, when i was at school we had none so i'm not surprised that there are loads of teenage mums. People should get less in benefits and the money should be spent on education and people like that midwife who taught them how to look after the baby.
