I personally didn't know this, are you sure it's true? I'm not saying your wrong at all, but the impression that was given from the documentary was that he's still got more money than he knows what to do with it, he was talking about building a Water Park, and a rolla costa on the doc.

I was always under the impression he wasn't selling to great now, and his last record was a flop, but he still had enough in the kitty to see he kept his lifestyle.

thanks, it was an interesting read!

It does seem a pretty dia situation, but then again, I doubt he will ever have to cut his lifestyle substancially. There's always going to be somethign he can sell that he won't miss, that will cover a lot of the debts. Although his accountant may have to start to be a bit more firm!!!

Yes, Invincible didn't sell as good as he thought, but he entered at number one in the Billboard charts in America, just as he entered at number one in about 20 other countries. I think that's not what you call a flop. When you're 40 years old and you're still able to enter at the number 1 spot in the pop-industry, which is different compared to rock albums, then your album for sure doesn't flop. The reason why people said it was a flop was because it didn't sell as good as other albums from Jackson.

Wackos money is just about gone. His records haven't even covered the costs lately and the ranch is expensive to upkeep.
I don't think so. I think he'll never be able to get out of money ever. When you've sold about 100 million albums, sold out 3 giant tours and have had over twenty top-10 hitsingles, you'll never be able to get broke. Plus that Michael is always selling. He's got so much merchandising and so on...Think about it : That from every album he sells he gets 1 Dollar. So that would mean he'd have 100 million dollar. Only by selling albums...

Salaam Aleikum,
Sebastiaan

It's really not that hard. Did you read the story?

I've got to say I agree with Ice! The artical was quite convincing, and although I don't buy that he's broke, it does seem true that he isn't in a financially stable situation. i.e, it looks like he may have to sell things.... Watch the doc, it will show you how somebody can spend that much money!

Yeah I see what you're saying, it probably wasn't a flop. It's got to be consider with respect to his other records though, and it has to be said it didn't do 'well' by his standards. I didn't get it, becasue I hated the songs I did hear. I'm not really a fan of his music, but I do have a lot of respect for it, and do think without it being my cup of tea, it is amazing music he makes. But his last album didn't seem to have the same flare. I'd also say it's fitting that his contract runs out with Sony soon, and if he does get another deal, it will be woth considerably less...

Like I said though, when you have so many assests, he could probably sell most of it and not even notice that it's gone!

Default fao mike mcrock

I have my own opinion on life, that's why i left the army, I don't support the concensus for war for oil, where did you read that. My son joined the army without my backing or his mothers, the only thing we agreed upon.
However I will support him and his fellow squaddies as they are only following orders. Did I say I'd come over somewhere and shoot your ass off, get real it's a figure of speech. If I did want to shoot a piece of your anatomy off, you'd be a eunuch for the rest of your life.
You are an immature prat talking about how you need tattoos to get made up like a "rockstar".
I'm covered with tattoos and it just makes me look like a thug, but i got them done because i was young and immature at the time.
Jackson is a pervert and hopefully this time around, without money to cover his ass, he will get the jail sentence he deserves- as to JoviLaura's thoughts about what his privates look like, hopefully when he gets imprisoned he gets the real mediaval up his ass treatment.
And I couldn't care less asbout getting in a debate with you

hmmmm, somebody doesn't think before they write, surely you can see the irony in this!

I'm sorry, but threatening to shoot somebody isn't a figure of speach where I come from.... You say you look like a thug.... and you talk like a thug....

You have saying where you come from, but do you understand the phrase tongue and cheek???? I do think tatoo's are cool, and I'd possiably get one because of that, but I don't think I HAVE to get them. It's like having to have long hair. Ask me that, and I'll tell you you can't rock without long hair. But I'm perfectly awear that I can play, and enjoy music just as much with short hair. I just don't see everything seriously, and I have a sence of humour. If I said everything was immature, and we should be sensible and conservative about everything.... well I wouldn't be able to live with myself being such a bore!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
