its an EU regulation meaning it becomes member state law automatically when it comes into power. the problem lies in the fact that Britain lets in far too many of the cunts and gives alot more benefits than the rest of europe so their all planning to come here in their droves from thursday.
i wouldnt mind if these people came in here prepared to work but they dont, if we said **** it u can come here if u want but ur not getting any rent free houses or benefist and i can guarantee u theyd disappear overnite. |

its vbeing brought in because of the 10 new countries joining next year means as member states they can go into any country of the EU and be entitled to benefits etc.... without going through the asylum process they would have to have gone through before the country was confirmed as member states.
pretty much means all the ex soviet bloc have a free reign now.
