Yeah right!!!!!
That is completely true. A computer only does what it is programmed to do, so if/when a program crashes it is because of a human error.

Even when a piece of hardware fails it is probably due to a manufacturing error on behalf of a human.

Not entirely true. Computers often crash because of the heat, which can be caused by many things. Or defective media or power surges or ... or...

Well obviously there are many factors, such as overheating or power surges but generally when a program crashes or something it is due to either the user not using it as it was intended or the programmers messing up.

This is not always by accident either. Programmers have to design and write programs with a certain intended lifespan as they know that if they made a perfect piece of software no-one would need to upgrade, this putting them out of work.

This is why windows is full of bugs that people manage to find after time using it, and why the service packs are issued and then a year or two later a whole new version of windows is released. That's how they make their money (plus overcharging for it in the first place)

You said that hardware crashed because of human errors, I never even mentioned software. Hardware (and thus, computers) can crash for various reasons, most not related to people.

Actually, Windows is full of bugs because of the way it was originally programmed. They don't want to leave bugs in it, all those service packs cost a lot to make and tie up workers that could be doing something more productive.

Windows' problem is it's history. It's never been really designed from the ground up, but it has always been built on some existing base, such as DOS -> Win1.0->Win3.11->Win95 etc. Win NT was very stable and good OS, but then they fusioned Win98 and WinNT to make XP and ****ed up again.

Win 2000 was just an updated version of WinNT, same basis.

Yes but some changes also made like there is no Primiry Domain cotnrol (PDC) or Backup domain control(BDC) having in sepearte system and there are lot of new feature added.

And Win XP is worstation software mainly and not used for server.
