My first snow of the year

apparently, in the south of the country it's a mess because of heavy snowfall... over here, it's all rain, lots of rain, thunderstorms, hail, tunnels are flooding, stuff like that. Some trees around here fell down last night with a severe gale going on for hours now. I just read that at some place close to where I live for 10 minutes they even recorded wind force 12 on Beaufort scale, which is hurricane force

. But I don't mind as long as I can stay inside, warm and safely, I even like it

yeah sometimes it's cold in april but in may it's like summer.
it's not always rainy of course haven't you heard of sunny greece?

Mixed feelings...

One one hand I like it as it's soo beautiful when it's snowing and it's fun to walk in it

On the other hand...

It's dirty because of the salt they throw on the roads...
It causes accidents to happen..
It gives us extra work as people fall, slide etc...
It's more dangerous for us to go out with ambulance and MUG services and puts us at high risk to have an accident ourselves... (And that already happenend last week and 2 collegues got badly hurt so please I hope that doesn't happen again... )

This WAS our MUG intervention car...

And it wasn't even snowing... Glad I wasn't behind the wheel this time

I guess I will have to come again to greece during the summer,next time

here, it's still snowing right now...

Arrived at Charles De Gaulle at 8pm. Apparently it snowed more here than there ....

It snowed a bit again today but it didn't stay

But it's soooo cold !!

The snow stuck yesterday and had lots of fun at work having snow ball fights and making snowmen when I was supposed to be doing a tool inventory! YaY snow!

This is one reason I like my work...conservation is very laid back...must be something to do with the amount of ehhem smoking that goes on lol
