I'm sorry. My Grandad died about 4 months ago, and my uncle has Alzheimer's. Be sad at the funeral, but also enjoy being with your family

The funeral was yesterday. I was OK till I saw the coffin going into the church, and then I just started crying. The rest of the day just seemed to pass in a blur of crying and grief and meeting a whole bunch of people who I'd never met before. I was so happy to get home and go to bed, only I couldn't sleep because I thought that my Grandad might have thought it disrespectful to want to sleep on the day of his funeral. Today I haven't been able to concentrate on anything, I'm so tired. I ouldn't even watch daytime TV.
