My life sucks and here is why

That sucks! And reading that makes me mad that the managers didnt even listen to you or at least look into it further without accusing you.

Well my supervisor left a message for me to come into work tomorrow. I was outside checking my mail when she called. She told me to page her, but she hasn't called me back.

So I guess that means I am not fired. I will do something about the harassment, that isn't over for me. I guess what I will do is call the HR person, and schedule a meeting with her. Then I will schedule a meeting with Deb (my supervisor), Fred (The Plant Manager) and Gracie (The CP's head hauncho) and tell them that the harrassment stops now. I will not speak to my co-workers unless it work-related. What I have to put up with, is counter-productive to my work enviroment.

Thanks again for letting me vent. I thought I was about to lose my mind. I was so afraid that I was going to get fired.
Oh yeah, I found out from a friend of mine, who also works there just in another department, that one of my co-workers in my department told her, that if they fire me, they should fire everybody else back there. Because they do awhole lot worse things than I supposedly did. And if they fire me, they would be slitting their own throats, because I know more about my job than most anybody back there.

Plus my friend said, that everybody in her department was shaking their heads about what happened to me. They (even her supervisor) thinks it's wrong.

I guess that is what the whole investigation was about...I don't know. But things like that are common where I work. It just sucks that Fred was treating me like I was stealing or threatened somebody. I wonder if my co-worker told him that she was worried that I might go postal. I know for a fact that she is one of the group who went to Deb (my imm supervisor) with worries of me being dangerous. Deb told them to not worry about that. That I am no threat to them.
But I know that they are uncomfortable working around me because I see a shrink. But I'm about as threatening as a 90yr old de-clawed toothless cat.

wish my school had been as exciting as that!

and I dont mean to pry but what kind of school is it :s you're 33 ? Is it like what we call a college where youre doing another course to help you in a job / get another job / because you want too?

Yeah, it's college..or rather tech school. I'm going back to get a degree in computers. I need to get a better job and I need a degree to do that. I have been working in my current job for nearly 8yrs and I am not making crap. Or should say that is all I am getting from them? lol

Well, like you all know, I went back to work on friday.
Carol (the harpie/tattletale who caused this whole mess) had this look on her face. She didn't say two words to me.
Several people came up to me and said to me that I had more people on my side, backing me up, than I thought.

I never brought the subject up to anyone.....they came up to me. A couple mentioned how guilty Carol felt. (As if I could care about how Carol felt.)

Now, remember, I never told anyone back in my department what happened on Wednesday. But when I came in several people were glad to see me.

Anyhow, later that day..towards the end, Deb (my supervisor) came up to me and told me that they would be paying me for Thursday. That it turned out what was brought up to Fred's office was found out thru the investigation, was not right.

She said that she would go over what happened on Thursday with me on Monday.

My guess is, the reason Carol looked so guilty is because she got chewed out. And the fact that some of the co-workers let it be known just how Carol really is.
