My sad love story.

This happened with my son and his girlfriend. She was accepted to school in California (from New Jersey 3000 miles) and this was also one of her goals in life. So she went and spent a year. She came home at Christmas and my son flew out to see her in March. After a year she decided that he was more important and she transferred to a college here in NJ. This was almost 6 years ago and they are still very happy together. So - there can be happy endings. Continue on as you said you will and see what happens. In the meantime, you are doing the right thing to talk about it with friends. Good luck

If its meant to work it will . I was in a similar situation, when we got back together it lasted 5 yrs. They were good 5 yrs , we just grew apart.

dude the best thing that you can do is cherish the time you have left toguether and do whatever it takes to make those last days you have left and turn them into memories she'll remember for the rest of her life.that's what I would do in your case,at least that way if ya don't get toguether in the future she'll always remember as you will remember her.
