I think alot of young people need a kick up the arse to get themselves in order to the point where I think every guy under the age of 21 should spend a night in jail to see what it's like.

It's cool that this guy can help and hopefully people watching who have problems will sort themselves out to or at least try.

It's amazing how grounded and introspectivee martial arts etc... tends to make people. I've had a handful of people comment on how zen like ive become and how I seem to look at things differently since I started boxing. I think alot of it has to do with having the ability and know how to be aggresive/ violent/ do damage but controlling it.
