Thumbs down N Korea test Nuke

oh dear.......
bbc.co.uk

"North Korea says it has carried out its first test of a nuclear weapon, the state news agency (KCNA) has reported.
It said the underground test, carried out in defiance of international warnings, was a success and had not resulted in any leak of radiation.

The White House said South Korean and US intelligence had detected a seismic event at a suspected test site.

The White House said, if confirmed, the test would be a "provocative act", while China denounced it as "brazen" "

the white house are demanding the UN take urgent action. amazing !

And if the UN do nothing, then the US will say 'Stuff you!' and do what they want anyway. The UN is as good as useless in these situations.

I maybe abit naive here but i dont think its much to worry about. I think its just NK showing the rest of the world they can do it but doubt if they would ever use it in an attack .Reason being they know they would be wiped off the face of the earth .

As long as NK doesn't sell their nukes to terrorists, I'm quite alright with them having a few. The should however, receive a polite note in the mail stating that if they threaten the United States with a nuclear attack (or sell/give nukes to anyone who does) that their country will be turned into a radioactive parking lot.

north korea has absolutely no reason, need or want to do anything to the US.

the irony is that the US is being the more provocative and aggresive here whereas NK is only doing what nations over the world (including the US aznd it's allies) do i.e. test nuclear weapons.
